  • Every appointment starts with a quick chat about your skin, your event, or the look you're after so nothing feels rushed or one-size-fits-all. Skin comes first, then makeup or hair, all shaped around you.

  • Just arrive with a clean face, and avoid heavy actives (like retinol or strong exfoliants) the night before your appointment.

  • Yes! We come to you for bridal and group makeup across Sydney and surrounds. Travel fees apply depending on distance from Neutral Bay (see Bridal Pricing), and an early start fee kicks in for calls before 8am.

  • Ideally 2–3 months before your wedding, so there's time to get everything just right. Trials are held in-studio, run up to 2 hours, and include your personalised look, complimentary lashes, and calm support on the day itself.

  • Definitely! Our 1.5-hour lessons walk you through skin prep, foundation, brows, eyeshadow, and contouring, so you leave knowing how to recreate your look at home. Bring your own products or use ours, whatever's easier.

  • Yes, you're welcome to shop our curated product edit in-studio without booking a service.

  • We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A 50% deposit is required to secure bridal and event bookings, and cancellations inside the 48-hour window may forfeit this deposit.

  • Bridal bookings can be locked in up to 12 months ahead. Event and media makeup usually book 6 months out.
